Do you already have the AlphaDynamik ETB step on your Grand California or are you sourcing it elsewhere? Then you're missing the piece that turns the step into a factory-fitted part. Without integration, you have to operate it manually via an additional switch. With our integration cable set, it extends and retracts just like from the factory.

What the cable set does

The control runs through the vehicle itself, just like with the original step. No switch you need to retrofit, no searching for the right signal. The connection is made at the fuse box under the driver's seat, without any soldering. All necessary cables and fuses are included.

Why we build it this way

• Waterproof encapsulated: The integration module is completely encapsulated and so robust that it could even be located outside the vehicle. Nevertheless, we deliberately place it protected under the driver's seat.
• No loose cables: Solid, clean connections instead of provisional wiring. Loose contacts are ruled out.
• Reset-proof: Even if the control unit in the vehicle performs a reset, the step remains extended and is not inadvertently controlled.
• Easy to lay: The cable set can be routed under the vehicle to the fuse box.

Fits your vehicle?

The cable set works with all Grand California models, including the facelift from model year 2025, and with both 2WD and 4Motion.

What you should know beforehand

• The factory-installed step must function perfectly, the control must be flawless.
• Installation should be done by a skilled person.
• The cable set is not part of Volkswagen's type approval certificate. Whether VWN restricts warranty claims in individual cases is at their discretion. If in doubt, ask your VWN partner.
• We manufacture the cable set to order. Allow approximately four weeks for delivery.

Cheaper in a package

If you still need the step, get it together with the cable set. In a package, you save compared to buying both parts individually.

Warranty

We are liable for the cable set within the scope of the statutory warranty. AlphaDynamik is responsible for the step itself. We do not cover damages due to improper installation.
