Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers (value vouchers) purchased for a fee from ZM Camping (hereinafter "we"; zm-camping.de). For free promotional discount codes, the discount code terms and conditions apply instead.

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the end of the year in which they were purchased (§§ 195, 199 BGB - German Civil Code). They do not expire within this period.

Redemption

The voucher is provided as a code after payment is received and is entered in the designated field during the order process. It can be redeemed for all products sold directly by us. If the voucher value exceeds the order value, the remaining balance is retained and can be used for further orders within the validity period. If the voucher is insufficient for an order, the difference can be paid with one of the offered payment methods.

No Cash Redemption

Cash redemption of the voucher value or any remaining balance is excluded. Any remaining balance will not bear interest.

Transferability

Gift vouchers are transferable and can be given as gifts. Upon redemption of the code, we are discharged from our obligation to perform towards the holder. The holder bears the risk of loss or misuse of the voucher code. Our liability for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal for the purchase of the voucher remains unaffected; the details are regulated by the right of withdrawal policy.
