Delivery area

We deliver to Germany, to the countries of the European Union and to selected further countries. The delivery area available for your address and the respective shipping costs are shown to you at checkout.

Processing time / shipping times

The processing time describes the period between the receipt of your order and its handover to the shipping service provider.

The expected delivery time is stated for each product directly in the item description.

3D-printed products

All 3D-printed items are manufactured after the order has been placed. These are not stock items. Production starts after receipt of payment. As a rule, shipping takes place within 10 to 14 working days.

Combined shipping for several items

Orders containing several items are generally sent in one joint shipment. The decisive factor is always the latest available delivery date within the order.

Should one item be available earlier than another, shipping only takes place once all products are ready for dispatch.

Separate shipping is possible on request; in this case the additional shipping costs are charged separately.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the type and scope of the items ordered. The exact costs are shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Customs duties and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional taxes or charges (e.g. customs duties) may arise which are not paid through us. These are to be paid by the recipient directly to the competent authorities. Please check with your local customs office in advance.
