We have a small announcement for you: we're taking a break from April 27th to May 24th. We have some exciting things coming up in the next few weeks. We're preparing for our meeting, which requires our full energy. In addition, our guided winter tour is still on the agenda, and there's still a lot to plan. To ensure we can set all this up properly, we're putting the shop on pause for now.
But don't worry, the shop will remain open, and we won't let you leave without a little gift 😄
🚀 New Products during the Break! Even though we're on break, things will remain exciting in the shop! We'll be launching several new products during this time, including care products and much more. So it's worth checking back regularly and browsing. And the best part: you can, of course, use the discount codes directly on the new products!
📦 Orders before the Break: All orders received by April 19th will be shipped before the break. Exceptions are items with longer delivery times, such as the Ecoflow Alternator in the Grand California Edition. In such cases, shipping can only take place after our return.

What you need to know:
📧📞 No Email and Phone Support During our break, we will not be available by email or phone. As soon as we return, we will process everything. Feel free to write to us anyway, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
📦 Delivery times are not accurate Very important: The delivery times displayed in the shop are not valid during our break! We cannot process orders during this time. After our return, items must first be ordered or manufactured. All orders will then be processed in sequence. This means it may take a little longer than you are used to from us. But don't worry, every single order will reach you 🤝
💳 No PayPal during the Break We regret to inform you that payments via PayPal are not possible during our break. The reason is simple: in the past, we unfortunately had a few instances where cases were opened on PayPal during our absence, claiming that goods had not been shipped. Since we cannot ship during the break, this only caused us unnecessary trouble and effort. We hope you understand. All other payment methods are, of course, available to you as usual.
Why is it still worth ordering now?
It's simple: the discounts are only available now, and new products are even being added. Those who order now secure the best prices and are immediately in the queue when we start again. Whoever orders first gets delivered first.
